Cocina de Autor at Grand Velas Los Cabos is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Los Cabos, a collaboration between two-Michelin-starred Dutch Chef Sidney Schutte and local Chef Francisco Sixtos. Set in a bougainvillea-draped oceanfront room with a resort-formal dress code, the kitchen delivers 8–10 course tasting menus that weave global inspiration through a Mexico-rooted lens—expect bluefin tuna tart with uni and ginger, triple-seared Angus, spiny lobster with basil. Wine pairing is the only way to go. 16+ age policy enforced.
